We protect our brokers by making sure that all fees that are earned are disclosed up front on the commitment letter and memorialized in a transaction-specific agreement. Fees are paid off the HUD, with a check sent directly to the broker at closing.

Mass Hard Money will think "out of the box" to find a solution for clients. We always try to find a way to say yes. We can look at second mortgage positions on secondary properties, equity positions, pre-paid interest. We do everything we can to finance deals.
